good buy for 400, but there are better pc's. depends what games u want it to be able to run, also do you know if the graphics card is dedicated? as a 512 shared card is epic fail when coming to games
i just bout a new pc, for £700 which sounds like just the upgraded version of that one
6gb ram, 1gb graphics dedicated with hdmi interface etc, 2.66 MHZ intel i5 750 processor (overclocked speed 3.33MHZ), 1TB HDD

I dunno what your planned use for that pc will be if you buy it, but don't expect to do much (if any) game playing. That graphics card is extremely weak.

It seems to be an OK deal for the money. Contrary to the opinion above me, while the graphics card is a low-end unit, you should be ok to play games at lower resolutions and graphics levels. You can upgrade it later.

Hmm, would it be an easy upgrade? I had to put a new card into my sisters computer about a month ago. 1st time doing this but i think it just sloted into a PCI slot? or one that looks alot like it. Was not so hard.
I have kind of decided to put this off in favour of a new tv. My Pc just annoys me sometimes so i want a new one. But this Pc is on sale for just a day on the 6th hence the wanting to know about it.

tbh if u buy a pc from a shop dont change anything in it. as soon as u open the case its warrenty is invalid, so that could mean a lot of money down the drain if u do anything wrong lol, and if the 512 graphics is ded u can play most games on it, but not high end games.

Upgrading the video card would be similar to that - taking out one card and putting in another. The only additional thing you would need to consider would be the power supply. You would need to determine if the power supply in the computer has enough wattage to run the new card. That is, check if the wattage rating of the current power supply meets or exceeds the recommended system wattage for the new card.
So, upgrading the video could involve upgrading the power supply as well.

That's kinda bad advice to be honest. Just cause it's a dedicated card with 512mb of ram doesn't mean it'll be capable of 'playing most games'. You could slap 512mb on a geforce 6200 and it still wouldn't be capable of 'playing most games', unless they're 6+ years old.(and by 'playing' i mean better than 1024x768 at minimum. as well as better than 25-30 fps.)

Actually, you're wrong.. in alot of aspects.. You see not everyone wants to have their game at the highest setting and most just are casual gamers.. The g210 can handle games quite well if you're not a hardcore gamer. Granted your resolution probably shouldn't go past 1024x768 just to be on the safe side, but it'll still play video games.. Just because you think it's junk doesn't mean it can't handle them.

that depends on your definition of "handle" games. to me, if i have to play at noticeably reduced detail and resolution, then it means that the card cannot "handle" that particular game. just because the game starts, doesn't mean it is playable.
